Discover the spirit of French education, summer schools and courses, with our Pre-Study Camp in France, a 13-day academic and cultural journey designed for ambitious students from Europe and Asia. Based in the beautiful city of Amiens, the program combines French or English language courses, university visits, and cultural excursions to Paris, Lille, and the Normandy coast.

Participants visit prestigious institutions including Sorbonne University, Sciences Po, Université Paris Cité, Université de Lille, and UPJV Amiens, exploring how innovation, history, and academic excellence define France’s leading universities.

Through workshops, lectures, and creative group projects, students strengthen language and presentation skills while experiencing authentic French life.

Organized by a professional international education team, the camp provides full supervision, accommodation, and cultural programming — ideal for parents, schools, and partners seeking safe, high-quality international education experiences. Daily Programме

Day 1 – Arrival & Orientation

Arrival at airport, private coach to Amiens (for additional charge).
Check-in and orientation session.
Lunch at school canteen
Afternoon: Walking tour of Amiens (Cathedral, canals, floating gardens).
Evening: Ice-breaking French games + introduction to French academia.

Dinner at school canteen

Day 2 – French Language Session 1 + Université de Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV)

Morning: French Language, Session 1, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen.
Afternoon: Campus visit, lecture, and student exchange at UPJV.
Dinner at school canteen.
Evening: French Culture night, Quizzes, trivia, and more.

Day 3 – Paris Day Trip: Sorbonne Université

Morning: French Language, Session 2, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen
Afternoon: Sorbonne Université campus visit.
Evening: Walk in the Latin Quarter.
Return to Amiens. Dinner.

Day 4 – Amien Zoo Trip

Morning: French Language, Session 3, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen.
Afternoon: Zoo Amiens métropole
Dinner at school canteen.
Evening event: mystery quest.

Day 5 – Amiens Cultural Day

Morning: French Language, Session 4, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen.
Afternoon: Guided visit to Jules Verne House & hortillonnages boat tour.
Evening: Quiz night on French history and culture.
Dinner at school canteen.
Evening workshop: French Theater preparation – choosing a play and assigning the roles.

Day 6 – Paris Day Trip: Université Paris Cité + Louvre

Morning: Train to Paris, visit Université Paris Cité (lecture, student exchange).
Lunch-boxes
Afternoon: Louvre Museum visit.
Return to Amiens. Dinner.
Evening workshop: French Theater preparation – rehearsal.

Day 7 – Lille Day Trip: Université de Lille

Morning: French Language, Session 5, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen.
Trip to Lille.
Afternoon: Université de Lille visit.
Evening: Explore Lille’s old town & Flemish architecture.
Return to Amiens. Dinner
Evening workshop: French Theater preparation – rehearsal.

Day 8 – Excursion: Étretat

Morning: French Language, Session 6, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen.
Afternoon: visit Étretat, the cliffs of Clause Monet.
Evening: Return to Amiens, light dinner.
Evening performance: French Theater in front of teachers and Amiens University guests.

Day 9 – Paris Day Trip: Sciences Po + Musée d’Orsay

Morning: Train to Paris, visit Sciences Po Campuses. Walk around Saint-Germain-des-Prés area.
Lunch-boxes.
Afternoon: Musée d’Orsay cultural visit.
Return to Amiens. Dinner
Evening event: Board games night.

Day 10 – Technology and energy sectors of Amiens

Morning: French Language, Session 7, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen.
Afternoon: Visit UniLaSalle (Institut Polytechnique). Musée de Picardie.
Dinner.
Evening event: Creative night, crafts inspired by the theme ‘My postcard from Amiens,’ outdoor games, capsule with wishes for future you.

Day 11 – Amiens Local Life & French Film

Morning: French Language, Session 8, 10:00-12:00.
Lunch at school canteen.
Afternoon: Visit local markets, practice French in real settings.
Evening: French film night + discussion.

Day 12 – Student Presentations & Certificates

Morning: Students write short essays about their experiences during the camp (in French or English).
Afternoon: Group presentations, evaluated by teachers.
Evening: Closing dinner, certificate ceremony, farewell event.

Day 13 – Departure

Morning leisure & packing.
Private coach to the airport for departure (for additional charge).

Sorbonne University
